Did you see a change in Williams' frame?

To me he looked exactly the same. He didn't seem to look bigger. It's crazy how he makes weight and seems not to be hindered by it.

He would be at perfect weight at LHW and still be a threat

You can't change the frame, only what's covering it.

Not sure about that. Roy was noticeably thicker or wider in frame when he moved up to heavy. Although he did have to add more weight than Williams did.

Again, the frame doesn't change, just what you're wearing on top of it. You can put on muscle, take it off, put on fat, lose it, but the structure under it can't change.

Not really, maybe a little more fat on his body, not as stick thin as he is at 147 but he didn't want to put on too much of anything for the fight anyways because he wants to move back down to 147, adding too much fat or muscle would make it much harder to make 147.
