Schaefer Talks Mosley-Margarito and De La Hoya-Pacquiao

Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, says that should Shane Mosley make it by Ricardo Mayorga on Saturday night that preliminary talks will likely begin next week for a Mosley versus Antonio Margarito match for early in 2009. [details]

Mosley-Margarito would be a good fight.

"He really wants to take it fight-by-fight," said Schaefer. "He doesn't want to be: 'Is this your last one or not?'

Then he shouldn't have said December would be his last fight.

How about Williams-margarito or Mosley-Williams, since Mosley is clearly ducking gamboa. Williams can destroy Margarito and then destroy pacquiao round one tko, becuase pacquiao's corner will throw in the towel after he flies 20 ft back. Everyone needs to stop ducking williams, it's ridiculous.
