Williams should stay at 147 and beat the top guys. Going up in weight and then back down isn't healthy.

i dont think you can call it 'moving up and down in weight'. i think Williams probably walks at around 165+ so for this fight he just didnt have to starve himself like he would have to for a WW fight.
