    Holy **** Chavez jr is 38-0 i realised he had a lot of fights but i was not aware he was pushing 40 + fights i have nothing against Chavez jr i quite like watching him and i dont have any critcism for him not stepping up yet allthough i can see why some do

    i was take a back by the fact he has had nearly 40 fights

    I like that has has a lot of fights. Makes him look better on paper.

      He needs to fight often because he had no amateur career, he's learning on a fight by fight basis.

              Many Mexican fighters end up with 70-80 fight careers due to the aforementioned paucity of amateur bouts and financial circumstances. I don't think Chavez will last that long with his talent however. He'd be better served developing his own style rather than trying to mimic his father.

                    I honestly haven't seen anything special from him but I could be wrong, I still think he'll lose once he steps up and I think he'll have trouble with Vanda again in November, as Tengoshi said, he should fight to his own style rather than trying to copy his father's.
