Since the first 2 rounds, I knew that Hatton won. Paulie was feeling way too uncomfortable and when he ate the nice combinations at the end of round 2 he really feared Hatton's power from then on and was afraid to throw big meaningful punches.Comment

Hahaha, another BS opinion. Nobody said Tszyu was over the hill before the fight and nobody picked Hatton to whip him either. After the fight, he is shot and old. Critics are exactly what they are , just critics. They are not fighters or promoters and just exist to put doubt in peoples minds. People could also say that Morales would have beat Pacman easily earlier in his career. Do you agree with that? No? Okay then, shut the **** up already.
He had been talking retirement for those last two years as well. While he wasn't shot, he was definitely past it and many people did say that. Being past it for him was still good enough to beat Mitchell, but his body didn't allow him to get up for the Hatton fight. He just didn't have the desire at that stage of his career.
Either way, Hatton just produced one of the best wins of his career against a guy that many thought would give him a lot of problems. He also won it by beating the other fighter at his own game, which no one foresaw. Great fight by Hatton and he deserves all the praise he gets. If he had been just a little more patient he actually could have taken Paulie out properly I think. He was getting a bit happy in there though, and frustrated.Comment
