Mayorga definitely. Margarito I'm not so sure about. Certainly on paper Floyd beats him 10 times out of 10. But then again on paper Tyson beat Douglas too.
I think if he came back and fought Tony he'd have a hard time dealing with it with the layoff and his desire for boxing seemingly nonexistent.
