'Nard is certainly entertaining enough to do it. It'd be a good contrast, Kelly the working class good guy, 'Nard the "******" street cat with a mouth that spits venom.

I think a "Countdown" is more likely though.

Judging by that logo the chances are very high of a 24/7.

Hops takes Pavlik back to school. Then goes on to fight Roy. This is my ideal scenario.

A 24/7 will be highly entertaining.

I would love that to happen.

That's interesting. It's advertised as a "countdown" on HBO's schedule and I saw a commercial on HBO stating that the countdown would be shown on the 10/11.

In my perfect 'Nard worshipping universe, Jones would beat Calzaghe, Hopkins would beat Pavlik, then Bernard would avenge that loss to Jones in his final match.

I jerk off at the mere thought.

All the same, apart from Hopkins beating Jones in a rematch.

Roy has said after Calzaghe (didn't say if he wins, just said "after") he wants either the winner of Pavlik/Hopkins or the winner of Dawson/Tarver.

I bet he goes for the Dawson/Tarver winner. Especially if Hops schools Kelly. The only reason I think Roy mentioned the Pavlik/Hopkins winner is because he wants a crack at an undefeated Pavlik, which won't exist post-'Nard. So he'll go for the Tarver/Dawson winner.

I understand. The rematch itself if just epic. Seeing those two dudes in the ring across from each other once more would be amazing. Neither were at their peak the first time out. You talk about a long overdue rematch.
