    Nonito Donaire, Jr. of the Philippines was awarded the 'Knockout of the Year' by World Boxing Hall of Fame for his spectacular one-punch fifth round knockout on former flyweight champion Vic Darchinyan last year during the press conference announcing the Nov. 1 Donaire-Mthalane title fight held at the Hyatt Regency Century in Los Angeles Monday.


    Donaire-Mthalane co-headlines the Nov. 1 card at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas with the rematch between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs Matt Vanda.
