I think that's a great match-up but I have to go with Azumah here who was as good a technician as Marquez yet a far better puncher with a granite chin. In fact, I suspect Pacquiao might be in deep **** in this one.

Nelson would have probably won maybe by KO even. He was a solid puncher & a very well skilled boxer.

if Jeff Fenech could touch him up, so could PAC...but i'm slightly leaning towards the professor...

i can imagine Azumah doing the warrior pose in the middle of the bout and eating a straight left tho

With all due respect, Jeff Fenech was an undefeated three-division champ when he met Nelson. Furthermore, Nelson wasn't anywhere at 100% for that fight. And like a true champ, he took the rematch in Fenech's country to prove it. I don't think that first fight tells us much except that, even when he wasn't at his best, the Professor was still a top notch fighter

the way to beat Nelson was to use lateral movement i can see Pac outboxing him if he stays disciplined and uses side to side movement but if he gets in a shoot out with Neslon i see him getting Koed
