      More like underhyped.

There is BARELY ANY hype at all about Berto. All he does is deliver.

      You got it wrong.

Do you honestly believe he deserves that belt? I don't think so, I can't wait to see this overhyped fighter fight some top dogs, if he's a real champion.

hey now, those glancing shots off the top of the shoulder and gloves along with the breeze from half the punches that missed are more devastating then you think.

As for the topic, Forbes may not be in his prime, but he's still got the talent to give Berto a fight. He wont win, but he's not getting knocked out.

I've been watching boxing since a little boy. Berto may be slick and all, atleast Mayweather worked for that belt he carries.

Well, he's been performing very well against the ppl they put infront of him. You cant really blame him.

Did you expect him to not accept the belt and leave it on the table?

He really isn't over hyped, I don't hear much about him. He is physically very gifted though, but that definitely doesn't always mean champion material . We will see just what he is capable of against Forbes.

Anyone can perform well against taxi cab drivers. Didn't he almost get KO by someone decent? Forgot the dudes name. He's overhyped, just about evertime I see something about boxing on espn he's on there talking about how great 09 will be and all this other crap. About your question, any other boxer would of done the same, so I can understand that. But like I said, to me he's not a real champ. I don't hate the guy, I do give him his props for fighting someone decent for his first defence. But he's overhyped in my eyes.

If he wants to keep his belt, he won't face Joshua Clottey, PW, and especially Margs.
