Marco Antonio Barrera Putting His Team Together

Former three-division champion Marco Antonio Barrera (63-6, 42KOs) is putting his team together for his return to the ring on November 7 in China. According to ESTO, trainer Tony Rivera will be in Barrera corner, and Marco's brother, Jorge Barrera. Rivera worked Barrera's corner in the past as a cutman and was also very vocal member of his team, often sparring verbally with rival camps in the media and during press conferences. [details]

I'm actually looking forward to him returning in the ring. His recent back-to-back losses are nothing to be ashamed of, I doubt it any super feather could have performed better fighting Pacman and Marquez. He actually could have won one of those fights too if it wasn't for his dirty antics.

I have a feeling we might end up seeing Barrera/Morales 4. I hope I'm wrong.

Nah, Eric's definitely retired and with the names all going to Lightweight Barrera might just end his career winning back his reputation again against the likes of Guerero, Luevano, Linares and Chris John

Rudy Perez left him around the time the second Pacquiao fight was signed if I recall.

pretty tense stuff going on with the Barrera camp around that time

he also ended up ditching his long time advisor Roberto Diaz.
