Finding myself a fan of Columbian fighters lately.

they have been pulling some upsets lately and almost all of them seem to be HUGE punchers! exciting to watch!

dionsio miranda - puncher, recent upset over demers
joel julio - not a fan of him, but he is a big puncher
richard gutierrez - tough guy
ricardo torres - crazy hard puncher, holt lucky headbutt.
juan urango - puncher
antonio pitalua - this 38 year old just TKO'd santa cruz
breidis prescott - very nice puncher, upset khan in under a minute.

all exciting to watch, big punchers aswell. are they all trained to fight a similar way over there??

Ever since i think the cotto v. torres fight i think its known that columbian fighters are dangerous. I recall i think in the year of cotto v. torres when the columbian fighter was pulling upset after upset.

I dont think its padding. there is just alot of weak opposition in there country. but when they finally get opportunity to go and fight on the big stage they shock people because we think there going to be **** cuz they aint fought nobody weve heard of.
