The same words are used to describe both the charming wife and, of course, the Filipino ring idol Manny Pacquiao every time. Ronnie just likes to emphasise that Manny is a Filipino ring idol I think. I wouldn't know about the charming wife, as I haven't met her, so I'm assuming Ronnie has if he is calling her charming all the time.
