Rp: reporter
VK: Vitali Klitschko
RP: The preparation is on....the first question of course is about your health..is everything good now that you're again full in training?
VK: I feel very good and I'm looking optimistically forward to it...and I'm happy to get in the ring on the 11 of October here in this new arena.
RP: What kind of fight are you expecting aginst Peter and what do you need to be aware of?
VK: you know....Peter is one of the strongest boxers in the world, he is a world champion and he is a puncher, and when both punchers meet in the ring ..this fight will be very interesting! Very emotional and..mmm. I think/expect it won't last 12 rounds
RP: When, where and how long will you prepare yourself for this fight?
VK: I will prepare myself in Kitzbuhel in Tirol. We had our training camps there before and they were always successful. Wladimir proved in his last fight that he was in very good condition ..so we didn't want to change training camps.
RP: You were already once very close to this point before a fight when you had to "give up" because of your injury and had to shift the fight. Is that still on your mind, does that still "bother" you?
VK: I have asked myself why I became injured, but so to speak, it can happen to anybody...it was a coincidence and bad luck. I'm optimistic and don't think about it and I believe it won't happen again.
RP: What does this fight against Peter mean to you?
VK: The fight against Peter is a special fight for me; I fight for the WM and for a very long time I dreamed about this... to be together with Wladimir as world champions. When I retired...3 months later Wladimir became world champ and our long time dream never happened. But now I can use my American status/champion Emeritus to fight who and when, so that our long lasting dream can come true: both at the same time with Wladimir being world champion so we can make boxing history!!
RP: Peter is, so to speak, still in your way of you becoming a world champ together with your brother. How would you describe him (Peter) as a boxer?
VK: Samuel Peter is a very strong boxer. He already boxed against Wladimir and my opinion,well... not only my opinion, that was the hardest fight of my brother's career. Peter has a lot of energy, is very aggressive, steps forward/walks in, has enormous punch and he is not that simple to fight!
He is world champ.
RP: But what are the grounds/skills that you will still beat him?
VK: Because I'm world champion!! I haven't lost my _title_: I handed the _title_ in voluntarily . Therefore, I became the WBC American Status "champion emeritus" and believe/trust myself...I know my power/strongest points and that's why. That gives me the fullest confidence for October 11th to walk into the ring as a world champion
