    but if you look at it this way UFC fighters as a whole get paid way better the udnercard fighters get more exposure then the boxing undercard...a bum in ufc is well known amongst the fan boys...a prospect in boxing isnt even known by many boxing fans only a small diehard group like on this site.

    Also ufc fighters get fame and exposure to help them attract sponsors. many of them get paid 15-20 thousand for sponsorship contracts.

      the only thing mma has over boxing its is organizations.the ufc is a product.the wbc is not.

            That's where "reasonable" comes in. If a reasonable pay scale can be made, you can still build cards with content fighters.

              As long as UFC monopolises MMA the fighter are always going to get payed peanuts. If you want exposure you will have to go to UFC and UFC will be able to control your pay check.

                That's the #1 saddest problem. People thinking it's so easy. It's not. You need Passion for the product to stick with it, even when it's tanking. You also need a good working understanding....which from what we've learned from the upstarts...no one has.

                That's why the #2 is always going to be STRIKEFORCE.
