i would be surprised if it was as low as 40k.

but it should be a real low number. Terrible choice of fight to highlight a PPV main event. If u dont have room in the budget for it, hand it over to another a network.

both Pacquiao/Diaz and Marquez/Casamayor were fights that shouldn't be on PPV and it showed that both fighters need each other to make big numbers again. Unless your fighting DLH of course.

ARe you nuts? Pacquiao-Diaz ain't as big as Pac- Marquez but the PPV was a bit decent close to 200k.. The attendance of that fight was 80% Sellout.. Top rank can still benefit and will still put a PPV Pac vs any unknown fighters and can earn Pac more than 2 million.

JMM's fights are just worthless to be a PPV. JMM ain't on that level.

The jmm vs casamayor ppv did like 75k ppv buys.

I remember Roy jones jr had a ppv that only did like 35 k and evander had one as well that only did 35 k but they werent hbo ppvs.

The saddest hbo ppv was a heavyweight bout with rahman it did about 50k ppv buys.
