Does America have a boxer capable of beating Joe Calzaghe and is his name KellyPavlik

He fought Collazo, Castillo, Urango and Mayweather all in the US. And fought 3 fights before that in the US, including his second Pro Fight.
Where you fight has nothing to do with anything, it's possible to fight an American in the UK, Just like it's possible to fight a Brit in the US. Hatton beat an ATG (Tszyu) in the UK, the location doesn't change that win.
EDIT- I would expect a lot of people to know who Hatton was, he had a lot of his fights shown in America, and made the best fighter at 140 Retire on his stool (Kostya Tszyu).Last edited by T-97; 09-20-2008, 06:35 PM.Comment

not all fights in europe are against europeans. not all europeans have no skill.
naseem definitely got schooled but barrera schools everyone.
way past his prime barrera gave a top 10 p4p fighter some tough moments last year.
you know that top p4p fighter who arguably beat the current #1 p4p fighter and beat the long reigning lineal 135 champ this year.
(Hamed,Hatton,Calzaghe,Haye,Khan,..etc)
And they are mostly average at best!..none of the above named are Elite IMO!..Comment

Hatton is the Lineal 140 pound champ, and a 147 titleist.
Calzaghe is a 2 weight lineal champ.
Haye is an undisupted champion.
How are they not elite?Comment
