What can people tell me about Dennis Inkin?

Apparently he's undefeated and in a position to get a WBO shot (I would have replied in the thread Tunney made, but that ***** has me on ignore, so I have to ask my question in a new thread).

    Power puncher?

    Boxer?

What's the story on this guy?

I can tell you that there are no videos of him in the Video Trading Block and that he has (twice I think) pulled out of fights with Carl Froch. I think the fights were supposed to be WBC eliminators or possibly even contests for the vacant title.

He looked like a good boxer puncher against Duma though... he could go far. I'm excited to see what he can do when he steps up.

Can he beat Bute at this point Tunney? And if not, would he in the future with more experience?

              Inkin is a good boxer/puncher

He is fighting tough, big puncher Zuniga for the vacant WBO super middleweight title next weekend....It should be a very good fight.

Does he have a tendency to loop his punches like he did in that round of the Duma video, or was that just because he was already outclassing Duma and was trying to get him out of there?

I honestly don't know how good he is, because his opposition hasn't been very good, it's difficult to say. He seems good but nothing special. We'll know more after the Zuniga fight...

I've seen a lot more of Bute than Inkin, and I think Bute is the better fighter.

Fair enough. He looks like he has decent skills, but you are right, it is very hard to gage how decent they are when he is in against limited opposition.
