i wonder how high the other guys below him now would be ranked if they got to fight the same opponents valero has...... hmmm......

pac is a fraud! fight the undefeated valero pac. or else you're a fraud!
I would have loved to see a Pac-Valero fight. That would've been awesome.

But it will never happen. unfortunately.

Valero should just retire if he keeps on fighting bums.

          YES!!!

Do you think he'll be defending that belt against quality opponents after he wins that interim belt? He'll go back to Japan and defend that belt against Japanese ****stars.

Are you aware that Valero has previously been unable to get a license to fight in the US? Now that he does, you can expect him to cash in ASAP. You can count on him being in at least one big fight in 2009. Saying he should give up his career shows that you are uninformed of the facts in this situation.

It happens a lot, I don't like it that a fighter can move up in weight and get ranked as a mandatory, I would prefer them to work their way there.

What has Valero done at 135 to earn a title shot? Much less be ranked number 1 contender.
Has Pacquiao relinquished his WBC lightweight strap?

Valero is a beast. But he needs to beat a top fighter. This will be very interesting. But I hear he already slapped around Santa Cruz brothers in sparring anyhow, it was on maxboxing
