Drugs are good for the sport. They make people stronger, faster, and give us entertainment.

Recreational drug use can also be good. It relieves tension, anxiety, and makes people feel happy.

We don't need any more cops in boxing or on the streets.
    Legalize it all.
If they overdo it, they will pay the consequences later in life.

then theres those will jump in and say after the balco story broke roy went down hill...but they ignore the fact that he waited till the last minute(thinking he'd get a fight with Tyson) to shed 25 lbs of muscle. They also ignore the fact that Roy was 35 years old and was stepping up in competition. Tarver is more skilled than Ruiz. I think Roy just got caught plain and simple in the second fight. And then after that he was screwed up mentally.

** I'm saying you don't know jack about steroids or testing.

This info provided equivalent to saying I heard from my uncle from his brother in law who's mother in law who says she provided Roy with steroids.

There's a reasonable chance Roy took steroids at some point, probably later in his LH career, maybe starting around the Ruiz fight. That might also include any fighter in Roy's era.

According to the article, few details are given. I've read the press release by the Indiana commish, and it's as poorly presented as Ms. Hairyson's article. No protocol was followed, no follow up, no nutin'.

Facts are, name any fighter today, and any could be using steroids or other Peds. Some of you dearies might be on steroids. It ain't hard to do, about as easy as poppin' viagra, and it's easy enough to "beat." With big money on the line against guys who might be using, there's plenty of incentive right there.

The usual suspects come up with the usual nonsense supported by the usual idiots. Much more credible evidence involving, Vargas, Mosley, Holy, and Toney, and several others.

Boxing has generally been free of PED scandals. Don't mean it ain't out there, but it just ain't been mainstreamed yet if it is.
