Mundine is his best win and that in itself is weak.

Kessler is a good orthodox boxer.

But that is also his biggest weakness. He doesn't use any of the slick/rough tactics employed in the states and he doesn't move very fluently. I don't see him accomplishing anything outside of running a weak weight-class and hanging onto alphabet titles.

Personally for me it’s Andrade. He landed only 95 punches this great fighter and still managed to give Kessler a bloody nose. Amazing
You'll do anything to bring hate on the guy. This is a copycat thread of earlier ones you've made.

As for Kessler's best win? Well take your pick:

        Andrade W12 (mandatory)
        Beyer KO3 (WBC champ)
        Lucas KO10 (former WBC champ)
Mundine W12 (current WBA champ, fought in Oz)
Siaca KO8 (WBA champ; Kessler was a late sub)

The loss to Calzaghe. All the others are nothing more than a historians bible to keep track of who ISN'T and who IS. Kessler is good, but not great. He will win titles, but never be a true force in any division (AKA Sturm). Come to America sir, that's where the action is. Get some exposure and then maybe, MAYBE, you can make a name for yourself, Don't be like JC - PLEASE!

The fighter you have in your sig was given a bloody nose in the first few rounds by the great Augustus. What was his record at the time? About 20-16 or something right? Now, what were you saying about talented?

Anyway, he might get overrated by many but he's still a very good fighter and has beaten some other good fighters who were all champions. Mundine, Beyer, Andrade, and other lesser guys who were also still good enough to be world champs like Lucas, Green, Thobela. All were decent champions.

Kessler is not the greatest fighter in the world but his fans seem to be all decent people and the guy isn't a jerk or anything like that, so there's no reason to do that. He's also still young and learning and who knows what he can do in a couple of years?

Is Kessler being talked about because we are all genuinely interested in Kessler or are we scrutinizing his worth as a fighter because he appears to be Calzaghe's BIGGEST win? You know, Kessler NEEDS to be THAT good otherwise Calzaghe's only big win is over an over-the-hill Hopkins - a split decision win where he was decked in round 1.
