      i think its all war mongering.
      welter schedual has nothing to offer him at this time.
      talking himself up about the higher weights but he's still young enough to be able to get to welter where bigger money is at.

                    williams can't do the undefeated thing so he's trying to go for the titles in multiple divisions at the same time deal.

                    besides, margarito is a coward and will never fight williams.
