The uppercut is certainly not part of Wlad's arsenal. That is not unusual though for a guy that likes to try and dominate opponents with his jab and right hand.

Every Wlad fight is a 1-2 festival (occasionally a 1-2-3)
He used to throw more uppercuts but it's never been a big part of his arsenal and ever since the Brewster fight, he's become much more cautious with his punches so I don't see it becoming a big part of his arsenal anytime soon, he'd be much more dangerous with an uppercut though, Iggy was open to it the whole fight, Wlad didn't throw a single effective uppercut in that one.

I agree. Don't you think he's a bit TOO cautious though?
I mean c'mon, this is boxing. Expect to be hit. Really hard. By other HWs.

I think he's gotten a bit too cautious since the Brewster fight but what he does is effective so I can't say what he's been doing is bad. And the art of boxing is to hit and not be hit, he does that pretty well so he's a bit too cautious but it's alright with me, makes some fights duller than they have to be though.
