    definately not, I was just with him this saturday and he told me himself personally that he was at 149lb already, he even looked the part!

        He had a difficult time making 147 9 years ago for the Tito fight I don't believe the BS that Oscar says he's at 151. That being said he's still gonna KO him anyway.
