I think Bernard respects Roy more than anyone he fought. He even said on the interview, that he thinks Roy is the only guy to have ever beaten him properly. While he feels he should have won the Calzaghe fight.

I seem to remember a quote from Jones, years back saying that Hopkins was his toughest fight. Maybe he gives him respect back because he got some. It is a shame they never had a rematch.
