Juan Manuel Lopez vs Chris John

Who wins? Its A good fight for Juanma because he can get into the Pac/JMM/Guzman crowd.

Lopez anywhere outside of Indonesia. And I think he's got the size.

It would actually be a pretty tough fight for Lopez anywhere because John is a very good counterpuncher, he managed to out-counterpunch JMM in their fight.

Probably, but Lopez also got the smarts and the skills. He's got mad power as well. But yeah... I doubt it would be a cakewalk for either guy.

Thats why he should fight him instead of fighting nobodies at 122 and wait for Abner Mares there. Although looking at the rankings you got Celestino Caberllero, and Isreal Vazquez he can take advantage of this now since Pacs moving up to face De La Hoya.

It definitely wouldn't be easy for either.

Give Lopez some time, he's just making his first title defense, expectations shouldn't be so high for his opponent right now and I'm not really sure if he should move up to 126 so soon, there's no point in doing it right now. Lopez should fight the winner of Caballero vs Molitor, if he wins, it would give him 3 of the 4 belts and would make a strong case for a Mexico vs Puerto Rico showdown against Vazquez.
