Team Funeka: "We Destroy Campbell, Then Marquez"

It seems that Ali Funeka (30-1, 25KOs) and his camp are a bit upset over the recent public statements put out on the net by IBF/WBA/WBO lightweight champ Nate Campbell. He suggested during a recent statement that a deal may be possibly where Funeka would step aside, for some cash of course, in order to let Nate fight Juan Manuel Marquez, if the offer comes around. I think his power if for real if he was able to ko Raheem, my reasoning is becaue Rocky couldnt do it but i don't know it its because Raheem was too elusive. Its funny really, Campbell has talked big in the past and his next opponet talks just as big as him, lol. Should make for great press confrences.

this guy is actually quite a threat. hes 6 foot tall and beat the hell out of Raheem, he knocked him down I think 4 times. Raheem may be boring and only an ok fighter, but hes pretty hard to actually hurt. Funeka clobbered him.

reminds me quite a bit of Diego Corrales. look him up on youtube, his fight with Raheem is up.

Ali is no joke. Nate could get hurt in this one.

funeka is one fighter out there who is not after the head of pacquiao. he's not joining in the fray unlike marquez who still cry for pacquiao but failed to deliver when they fought the second time.

Just watched a few clips and this dude can crack. He might give Cambell and Marquez a run for their money.

He is. He may end up as the next lightweight champ. He has good ability and can punch very well too. Anyone knocking Raheem out has something going for them. Funeka is, I think, the kind of surprise guy in the lightweight division. Anyone fighting him will really have to watch out.
