      sounds like a bad move to me . . . unless hes drained from making weight, he was the bigger man when he faced conception and was hurt.

          I think its a great move because he looked very weak to me, which mean he might have been weight drained.

          And what did in Concepcion was the body shots and Arce was one tough sob that has no quiet in him. I wouldn't be surpried to see Concepcion win the title again after Arce move up.

            Arce always has had trouble making weight. He's at the end of his career anyway so he will be looking for the biggest payday.
