    Yep it would,

Haye seems to want the easiest way to Wlad possible, so he can get a big payday.

All Haye wants is a decent opponent, but most of them are being difficult.... even this Chapman guy no-showed for the media launch today

I have seen both guys fight numerous times and I will stand by my assertion that Johnson is a much bigger threat to knockout Haye than Chapman is.

I saw Chapman fight Edward Gutierrez twice, he couldnt not get rid of a 40 year old, 5'10 journeyman who was stopped in 4 rounds, 4 rounds and 1 round in his next 3 fights.

Chapman has no power once the fight goes past 3 rounds, has no clue about fighting inside, and cannot protect himself in a clinch.

Johnson on the other hand has a legit jab that can do damage and keep Haye at bay. Johnson can getHaye into the later rounds with his jab alone where he could realistically take him out. Haye has never fought 12 rounds at 230 pounds and i would bet my life he tires badly after 8.... thats why he wants a 1 round knockout... enter JD Chapman.

A complete joke, eh? Funny, that's what I think everytime I watch Kevin Johnson fight.

I'm not a Haye fan but KJ needs to shut up...seriously.

Ok I understand what you are saying and I agree partly, I am not arguing with you that Chapman is a better fighter that Johnson.

What it boils down to was that contracts were ready to be signed and johnson ALLEDGEDLY priced himself out by about half a million. The point I was trying to make in my first post was that dont believe Johnson's rant on face value, when you havent heard all the facts or both sides of the story as it's obvious that each boxer is going to be biased and not wholey truthful in the **** they say to the press.

Haye wants to fight a rated American HW over in England for CHEAP. And he himself is not even rated. Pretty soon he will settle for Old Man Mercer or Jeremy "KTFO" Williams or DeCline McCline or Kimbo. You can't blame Johnson for putting his side out there. There is no way that Johnson would price himself out of this fight. He hasn't even had a big payday yet, so this should be his biggest by far.

I hate David Haye but JD is a straight up bum and he will KO him in 1 round.

If i have to bet 2000 dollars on Haye to win 100 I will, thats how big a joke this fight is.

After all the talking he's done, Haye backs out of a fight with Kevin Johnson, who's decent but not exactly a world-beater, in order to fight JD Chapman, who's not even in BoxRec's top 100 heavyweights!

He's losing whatever respectability he has.

Seriously do you have a learning disability? One trait that Americans have is the ability to put out a coherent ****ing English sentence once in a while.

                  Try harder moron.

I've never actually seen Kevin Johnson fight, but after reading this I quite like the sound of him lol Something strange appears to be going on with team Haye.
