Vitali hasn't fought since he got in the ring with Danny... Nady called Danny off to protect Klitschko.

                Prince Charles Williams.

Started career with a loss. Later stopped by Jeff Lampkin and the low point of his career came with a one-round stoppage loss at the hands of laughing stock Reggie Gross.

Then his career took an unexpected turn for the better and he won the IBF LHW title in 1983 by stoppage over the heavily favored Bobby Czyz. Williams was a strong champ and held the title a long time until he was beaten by german Henry Maske.

                Freddie Pendleton as well BTW.

After that last loss he went 12 or so years unbeaten.
A very good choice. He'd still be fighting had he not had to retire due to injuries he couldn't over come.

I'd have to go with Freddie Pendleton. So many losses, and he took on the best fighters of his generation. He capped all that off by winning a world title.

TOny Margs started off with a few L's in the column and now he is arguably the best welter at this moment in time. THat is saying something but I think Jimmy B was a great example
