Get the **** out of here. This is a sport (which I love) and people forget it's a business and a way for these fighters to make a living.

Agreed. A lot of those posters were perma banned yesterday when the mods laid a ****ing E-beatdown on the scene! Hopefully we won't see as many ridiculous posts anymore.

I love how the said posters always talk about "real boxing fans" and "true fans" want to see warriors. This is boxing, shouldn't a true boxing fan be able to appreciate all styles of the game? It isn't slug fest 2008, it's boxing and I love to see how all the different styles match up against each other. Boxing would suck if it was just slugger vs. slugger all the time. We all love a good slug fest but not all the time.

hmmmm i think the warrior still has a place in todays boxing ................... and they are always the most respected its a Honor thing its a pride thing, that mentaly of never backin down gettin carryed out on your shelid is appealing to me !!!!!

Me too man! But there are other ways to win than to just go into the ring winging punches around. How many times have you seen someone who you'd consider a "true warrior" like Arturo Gatti KTFO buy a brilliant boxer like Mayweather or De la Hoya? It happens quite commonly. I think most boxers have this warrior mentality and toughness to them even if they don't just trade punch for punch.
