Been off for so long for promoter reasons. Then he signed with Arum and Arum put off getting him a fight or something. It wasn't clear whether he wanted to be fighting at 112 or 115. They also waited for his mandatory to fight Hussien Hussien, in which the mandatory won.

Mandatory's name is...ummm...Moruti Mthlane or something like that.
