Whats going on with Raphael Marquez?

Just wondering what going on with Raphael? And for that matter Vazquez?

I can see both guys moving up in weight and having similar success to JMM.

Vazquez is taking a well deserved rest, he'll be back in 2009.

I'm not sure about Marquez, I think he's taking a rest as well, he has said he wanted a 4th fight with Vazquez.
