    so....How about Barrera-Campbell?

Considering now that Campbell is still in fighting shape and Barrera wants a title shot, couldn't they put this match up in China. When is that supposed to be again? In november? I'm sure Campbell could make it by then since he's still in fighting shape.

    they're both don king fighters.

nate would get some name recognition.

marco gets a chance at a 135 belt something erik never did.

    why the **** not?

I'd be all for it, though win or lose I wish it were Barrera's farewell fight.

If this fight happens, it will definitely be Barrera's farewell. I think he'd take a pretty bad beating.

With his new contract, I doubt it would be...and I give Barrera a small shot if he fights perfectly, he's nowhere near as finished as Morales.

thats the most logical fight for campbell right now since both are don king guys.

and Barrera is not shot like people say the guy looked sharp he was just over cautious when he fought pacman.

I remember watching Barrera fight in main events at 115 lbs, so I just can't see him competing with top lightweights in his mid 30's. He'd be better off retired IMO.

yeah i know. but officially if marco gets a belt at 135 , erik would be the only 1 of the 4 that don't get a belt at 135.

17-3 bears. 2 road wins in indy and carolina.

What has Barrera done to merit a title shot?
