Would you all agree that last night's Casamayor...

was the sharpest he's been in recent time? forget about the Santa Cruz fight, he was countering and boxing extremely well vintage Casa-style, but he got beaten by a better fighter. JuanMa I take my hat off to you, you are a beast amongst beasts and one the best boxers of this generation.

    Yes, he's that good.

He was sharper than he has been in a couple of years but it was pretty clear that he was past his best.

the weight man, it slowed him down alot, but still, u gotta give him credit for beating a fighter like Casamayor and knocking him out for the first time.

Yeah, that's the only knock on Marquez is that he looked slower, but I agree stopping Casa was a great accomplishment on it's own.

yeah casa didn't look that bad considering his opponent. I think other than pacman and JMM, casa can still beat everyone at lightweight right now.

Yeah, he looked slower and looked like he added some fat to get up to 135 but he still has his timing and I give him a lot of credit for beating Casamayor the way he did.

Yea i deffinately agree. Casamayor looked much better than ive seen him in a while. I had him well in the fight at the time of the stoppage, it was close to that point.

Marquez looked great. His timing and combinations are insane. He showed some serious power for his first fight at 135 too against a guy with an excellent chin. Marquez lands them huge shots sometimes man late in a fight and just puts the guy away, like Jimrex Jaca.

                i really enjoyed that fight.

by the way, Cotto beats Margarito in a rematch

Casa fought a good fight even tho he's looked better in the past.
