Samuel Peter is a Citizen of the World

by T.K. Stewart - Several years ago, before his untimely death at the hands of his axe-wielding nephew, former WBC heavyweight champion Trevor Berbick was inside a cramped Montreal courtroom for a deportation hearing. The Canadians wanted to ship Berbick back to his native Jamaica and the disinterested fighter, never one for such formalities, slept through much of the proceedings which took several days to sort themselves out.

However, at one point, when the judge asked Berbick what country he considered himself a citizen of, Berbick awoke from his slumber, stood up soldier straight, looked at the judge and blurted out: "I am a citizen of the world!" And then he promptly sat down, dropped his head into his folded arms - and resumed his nap. A few days later Berbick was promptly deported. [details]

Will the REAL Samuel Peter Please Stand Up.

What does Peter REALLY mean when he says "I've never ducked anyone" ??

It sounds like games beside the seashore, and, as we all know, of Peter's 31 fights, at least 28 of them would not have needed ducking; they'd probably have fallen over and drowned themselves, because they didn't have the energy to stand up straight.

    A genuine "dumbrancy".

Mostly cripples, has-beens and "never-was-es". That's how he built up his "fearsome" KO record, which, counting wins only, in fact is about 72%,

Vitaly Klitschko has a 97% KO record.................

Sam Peter may not be a smart man, but he knows how to land those illegal rabbit punches to the back of his opponents' heads.

            Peter is a silly man,

"I don't take anything away from him, he's a very good boxer."

            a few lines later

            "He's a bum"

i wonder has Peter ever seen Vitali fight by the way he is talking,

there needs to be strong referee for the fight, someone who will not allow his illegal rabbit punches,

I hope that the ref will keep this "whosnest" mother****er from illegal punches. If Peter lands a few of those, he's in for a big surprise though, Vitali will get pissed and will answer in kind. Vitali has seen it all, but it is Peter who never fought anybody like Vitali. This should be a real fight, I just hope Vitali makes it to the ring.

Vitali has this fight in the bag, I think he needs the first 2 rounds to himself get back to the ring and after that he would use his long arms to land the jab at will.

I dont see how Peter can get inside Vitali's jab.

Man, it would be a trip if Peter somehow caught Vitali early.
                    Would Wlad avenge him?

                    LOL.

                    Who's Ness?

Think she is in Scotland in a murky deep lake.
