I'm not sure. Diaz has a very physical style. Not sure if Marquez could keep him off for long. I think you could honestly make a case for either guy.

Marquez would beat Diaz IMO. I am down for this fight though. Even if it was a PPV, id buy it.

Now this is a HELL of a fight!

most people will pick Marquez naturally, just because of how high he is on the p4p list. but dont forget that Diaz is only 24 years old, and is improving skill wise as time goes on.

poor Campbell. who the hell is up to fighting him? he holds all 3 belts but no one wants to challenge him? huh?

This would be a good fight. I'd pick Marquez, but I wouldn't be surprised if Diaz won.

as long as Mario Lopez is not involved

I was under the impression I was gonna get a bit of Lampley or Merchant last night. Instead they gave us Mario Lopez and Barry Tompkins. Any future Golden Boy shows I will be weary.

i'm sorry. but i think this is bull**** from golden boy.

yeah Juan Diaz is a good fighter no offense to him at all.

But come on Marquez has a chance to really stamp himself in history to become undisputed by fighting Nate. I think Marquez can beat Nate IMO. Diaz should fight another good fighter before he gets another titleshot. We all know Marquez can beat Diaz. Katsidis my boy but he was just hitting gloves all day and should went to the body more in that fight. And Marquez becomming undisputed creates even more money [for goldenboy] and makes Pac have to chase him [I'm assuming DLH beats Pac, Pac will have to start from scratch]

Wait... Diaz is only 24? Wow, that I did not know.

If he sticks with boxing and doesn't abandon it for law school, I can't imagine how high he can go, because he is so, so, so good already.
