its not the endless weightdivisions that are the main prob for boxing

its the endless ****ing alphabet titles

they need to make one world champ in each weight class, and then have continental champs and national champs below that (and then state or provincial champs)

the sanctioning bodies need to grow up and do whats best for the sport and merge into one body , theyre ****ing killing it

and we wonder why boxing is being closed in on by mma and not a culturally relevant sport in any countries...****ing hell

problem with boxing is too many org champions and too many weight classes.

it lets fighters be champs without really fighting anybody. who has chris john fought since juanma?

ideal would be only 1 org with one champion.

that'll never happen so i'll settle for less weight divisions.

only flyweight , feather , lightweight , welter , middle , light heavy , cruiser and heavy is needed really.

While i think that some of the lower weightclasses don't really have a purpose, most weight classes are actually needed. But the multiple belts for each weight classes need to go.

1 Champion per weight classes, that way we would see the best fights possible.

I dont think there are too many weight classes, cause when youre smaller like flyweight a few lbs is alot
