Mora already lost twice before losing to vernon forrest, he just had ****y judges or the judges were paid off. The Elvin Ayala fight shouldn't have been a draw, Ayala clearly won that fight and the second Peter Manfredo fight Mora lost. He should have a total of 3 losses on his record, but since this is boxing and corrupt **** happens. He has only 1 loss.
Mora should RETIRE

He's just a boring fighter to watch.
Ask yourselves, will you pay or even watch a Sergio Mora fight if he's the headline name in that fight? Count me out...
I doubt he'll retire, but you can tell where he'll peak as a fighter and Saturday was a good sign of where that'll be.Comment

I agree...I seriously think Mora could have brain damage if he was to step ups in weight...Maybe it was me, but Forrest was rocking Mora a lot and Forrest is not known to be a big puncher...He will get ******ed by the elite fighters at 160.Comment

Yeah Mora really isnt that bad. And he did pull it off in the first fight with Forrest. If I were him I would just get back into the gym and start looking for a more beatable opponent this time around. You dont give up because of one loss to a world class fighter, past his prime or not.
Also I am really happy for Vernon Forrest. I believed he was going to retire as a "what coulda been" after the first Mora fight. He still will be remembered as that to an extent, but at least he has the chance to get another payday, secure his legacy a bit more and retire on a win. He deserves that.Comment

Mora isn't terrible he just isn't the top class fighter he has been hyped up to be through the Contender. He got a little lucky and caught Vernon on a career-worst night but Forrest set things right in the rematch. Mora is a borderline top 10 154 pounder.Comment
