I assumed you were talking about current champions. Sure, there have been enough bad ones in the last few years that Cooney could have beaten at least one of them. I wouldn't pick him over Valuev though. But Cooney made over 10 million in his career (when it was worth a lot more than it is now), which is why I picked him in this category.
