So Hatton-Malignaggi not for IBF title!

IBF chiefs have issued orders that Paul Malignaggi has to defend his light- welterweight title against Herman Ngoudjo — or be stripped.

The fight is going out to purse offers.

I thought that Malignaggi was supposed to be defending the belt against Ricky Hatton in November . . . so I wonder what the position is regarding the title?
