Apart from the fact that I appear to enjoy watching fighting, despite being a world reknowned ***** myself, I think what I like the best is the subtlety and variety of it. There are so many different boxers, so many different styles, so many different weight divisions and boxing has such a long history that there is always another fight to watch, always new things to learn. Its much more enjoyable thinking about who will win a particular fight based on their style and skills than it is about who will win a football game for example, and to make accurate picks you have to try your best to really know something about it. I think boxing is just a deeper and richer sport than most with more for the fan to watch and think about.
