Mosley vs Margarito in '09, who wins?

I dont look at Shane at this stage of his career as a guy who can box for a long period of time. He might get on his toes and box a little bit, but majority of the time he's going to be flat footed and throw a lot of right hands.

I think Margarito breaks Shane down and hurts him a lot in this fight, but Shane has to much heart to get stopped. Margarito by UD

My thoughts exactly. When I first heard of this fight, the first thing that came to my mind was Mosley fighting that big mexican a few years ago. That guy didn't bring nothing to the table but a good chin and Mosley looked so ordinary against him. Tony brings a great chin and brutal pressure and uppercuts. Shane is susceptible to the upper.

Did you fools see what Vernon did to Mosley with an uppercut? That was in Shane's prime. Marg will put a thrashing on Shane, so bad that Jin will climb into the ring and attack Tony with her high heals. Tony by brutal KO, something like the Cotto beatdown.

Hope this fight happens but at this point in his career I just can't see SSM keeping up with Margo. Margo by UD possible even late stoppage.

I think people are getting ahead of themselves here. Cintron didn't have the heart and while Cotto was brilliant in almost every category, he didn't have the stamina or chin to beat Margarito. Mosley even at this stage has all of the above qualities that i just mention on top of blazing hand speed and skillful volume punching. I like Margarito, but i don't even see him beating Clottey and Williams could even give him a run for his money once again. Remember that styles makes fights people.

Shane will fight the fight Cotto supposed to fought on July 26.....Shane is a fighter who doesn't change his stripes regardless of the situation......if I remember correctly.....it was Cotto who was tryin to get away from Shane for the last 4 or 5 rounds of their classic......Shane is tougher and harder than Cotto and he showed it the night they fought....Cotto won that fight with his boxing ability.....not his heart! Shane will beat Margarito in ****in CLASSIC!!!!
