By Rick Reeno - The most intriguing fight of night, stylistically, will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Juan Manuel Marquez (48-4-1, 35 KOs) continues his hunt for Manny Pacquiao by moving up to the lightweight division to challenge Joel Casamayor (36-3-1, 22KOs). There are two big mysteries in the fight. Did Marquez lose anything with the jump in weight? Does Casamayor have enough left to win? [details]

As skilled as JMM is, im hoping Casamayor pulls off the upset. JMM is a good boxer but LACKS sportsmanship.
Dont get me wrong now, JMM is one of the most skillful boxers in the sport, I do agree, but his sportsmanship is what he needs to work on. Im hoping Casamayor drops him back down to 130lb, not saying its going to happen but Marquez would be king down their anyway. He should set up a fight with Valero after this fight or the winner of Guzman/Campbell.Last edited by trainhard_187; 09-12-2008, 04:16 PM. -

Im going to bump this thread to those who said its going to be a boring, boring, you added another boring at the end of the prediction.
I got this fight baby, Marquez better win and i hope it a very competitive fight. But it'll be happy as long as Marquez wins, if not i want my money back, lol.
Marquez is one of the most technicly sound fighters in the game today if not the the most sound.Comment

I don't know man. Every fight Casamayor in is close (except the Santa Cruz one where he was clearly gifted).
He warred with the best, and he could make some money for people looking at the odds.Comment
