Why on earth is Torres-Holt III not happening?

Torres KOd holt and Holt KOd Torres. Both fights had some controversy. The second fight was absolutely wild with Torres knocking down Holt twice and then getting KOd himself in the first round.

THESE GUYS NEED TO FIGHT AGAN!

Torres has already said he thinks they were made for each other and that he wants to do it again. Holt so far has showed very little interest in doing it again.

This is my personal opinion no one get all mad at me...Holt knows he got lucky with that KO win and after being down twice like that and hurt pretty much every time Torres touched him he doesnt want to get in the ring and risk it against him again. Unless of course $$$$ starts talking.

both have good chances of getting koed.. but im picking holt for because hes smartter than torres ... torres only depends on his ko power... Holt will beat him again...

Holt wasnt smart when he brought his jab back too low in the second fight. It was fast and looked sharp/good, but he brought it back too low. Torres threw a right hand right over the jab and put Holt on his ass. Torres' skills are underrated. But i do admit Holt is more talented and has a great chance on KOing Torres again.
