Paul was margarito's mandatory. therefore the mandatory doesnt take effect again til a year later. does that make sense? You are wrong. Williams was NOT Quintana's mandatory opponent. He had a rematch clause that he invoked. It is the exact same situation that caused the Mora-Forrest rematch that nobody wanted.
