He seems to be packing a great chin, but he hasn't been nailed by a world class operator so we'll see.

I don't really like watching Froch, I hope he does well because im a patriotic biatch but I don't think he is a world class operator from my view. Barry McGuigan says he is though and he's seen alot of him and he tries to be objective unlike most our boxing pundits and writers!

He is too damn awkard, and has slow feet and looping punches. He possesses a brilliant uppercut a bit like Judah in that from what I can see is all he seems to have for the really top guys.

Froch talks sense, unlike most of the numbnuts in this thread.

The difference being that Judah's uppercut is short and well-hidden and Froch's are telegraphed arm and a lot of arm as opposed to body.

You don't rate Froch much do you? I myself have only seen little of him, but I think the major thing he has in his favour is that he's pretty unorthodox and can throw lots of unpredictable shots. This combined with his power means he's theoretically a risky opponent for anyone. The better boxers he might face, Kesler especially, should be able to beat him based on better boxing skill, but I can see why fighters would be reluctant to take him on at the moment.

The one against Magee was pretty damn good.

Then again Judah is a lil un' in comparison to Froch who seems a very big man.

Lol Khan at 21 has a better resume than the typical english fraud that is Froch.

I disagree about the unpredictable thing, he'll lunge and then dip down to his left to avoid counters. I want to like him, he's an underdog and I like his confidence and personality. I mean, look at this video.

I just don't know about all of that, you know? The reluctance might be better business deals coming from other guys, who knows? Froch might be more worthy of a fight with Taylor than Lacy, but it's not about who is better, it's about who you know. Golden Boy controls Lacy and the TV dates, so you never know.

He does have a slightly frankenstein-esque quality to him at times! I've seen him look better than that, but only against poor opposition and I do have to wonder how he'd do against a quick, sharp, straight puncher, I dunno, I'm a biased Brit, i just wanna see him in a big fight!

His fight will come and by the way he's become vocal in the media in the last year or so, he's petitioning the media for a big fight. I'm not say he doesn't deserve a big fight, I'm saying I wonder how well he'd do once it comes. With Robin Reid you can have a few flaws and get away with it, but guys like Kessler and Taylor with sharp jabs will figure it out sooner than later.
