I thought he beat Vargas and Taylor if that means anything. What you say is true though. The actual wins on his resume are overrated. Shane Mosely is not a 154 pound fighter, and Tito was past it. His other W's are not that impressive.

Winky deserves some respect, he has beaten decent fighters. Last time I checked Winky is calling out Pavlik but Kelly chooses to fight Old B Hop

I'm not sure if he's a special fighter, but he's very good. He's capable of beating a lot of ppl. He's one of those guys where he's hard to hit, and he will make you look very bad.
