Marg/Cotto are both Welters no matter the height. Pacman beat prob the weakest champ at 135 and going up to Welter to fight DLH. Once DLH saw what Marg did to Cotto, he prob said hell no, I don't want none of that. DLH is my favorite boxer but even I see that it was a bitchmove.
