I always asked myself this...How come you never see Margarito have the balls and fight men who outweight him by 35 pounds? if margarito is the bad man he claims to be and his fans then let him fight Pavlik, and king arthur.

Just like marg, there made for each other. Both of them enjoy fighting fighters who are naturally smaller then them, when both look like they should be fighting at middle weight. And I'm not talking about there heights, I'm talking about the way they pack on so much more muscle fight night. And gain like 20 pounds more of body weight, its disgusting. It's like they take exlax and have there bodys completely cleaned to just make weight.

Actually, Manuel Gomez and golden johnson were the only 2 peaple Margarito fought that were natrually smaller. Andrew lewis, danny perez, Hercules Kyvelos, Sebastian lujan, Joshua Clottey, Kermit cintron, pual Williams, were all natrual welters that have fought at 147-154 .... but um yeah.

Hercules Kyvelos was 5'10 and fought most of his carreer at 154.. He never fought under 147????... and before the Marg/Cotto fight reports were flying everywhere saying cotto was a natrual welter weight the whole time just killing himself to make 140 (the reason he had a weak chin at 140)... but you got Johnson right.

Paul Williams and Clottey are giant sized Welterweights and Margarito took them both on with no hesitation so where does this Margarito picking on smaller guys talk come from??

Hmmm he fought a huge Clottey and won , A big Cintron twice and Ko'd him twice. He passed up Cotto to take on Williams. Not to mention a bunch of other top rated fighters... If anybody should go up to 160 it should be the BIG BAD MOST FEARED MAN ON THE ****IN PLANET!!! PUAL WILLIAMS... at 6'2 and 83 inch reach thats where he belongs.

Three things you said that make you look like an idiot.
1. margarito has been at ww for over 10 years. No one that is not naturally a ww can continue to make weight like that.

2. margarito doesn't gain more than ten pounds after weigh in. i think he outweighed cotto by 1lbs
